New FORD video and more

As you probably already noticed, Ford put together a great video about volunteer service. We highlighted it on the front page and will likely keep it there for a while.

We are also up to 74 files in our dropbox account. From this we have had a few thousand downloads already. If you have files that you can share that you think will help other recruiters, please send them in. Make sure that whatever you send you have permission to do so in advance.
