60+ .PDF's to help with Social Media

We have had many requests this last year from fire departments looking for help with designing their own social media guidelines. In return, we have discovered over 60 documents from across the US that speak directly to how an individual should conduct themselves while using social media. Some of these files are templates that you can use to help build your own SOG, and some may help you determine what the best practice will be for your members.
